Tyler Boone

Tyler Boone (They/Them) is an aspiring Special Educator currently enrolled at the University of Vermont and living in Brattleboro.  They coordinate the Unified Program at Brattleboro Union High School, pairing students who may have a disability with students without a disability in activities to promote caring, skill, sharing and joy and also serve as Teacher Leader in the District-wide Equity and Social Justice League.  

They currently are in their 9th year as a Special Education Behavior Interventionist in Windham Southeast Supervisory Union.  As a teacher, Tyler hopes to build inclusive classrooms and stronger school communities so that all students can feel welcome and thrive.  Outside of work, Tyler enjoys bikepacking and hiking.
